Powerful, good quality

This inverter has been proven to meet manufacturer specifications. I hooked it up to a 170Ah, 12V lithium battery and was able to easily increase the power to 2kW by using the microwave, fridge and heat gun simultaneously for 10 minutes. I also hooked it up to my caravan and it easily turned on the AC. I was very surprised as my AC needs a little over 3kW to start but then steadily drops to around 1.9kW. Of course the inverter is said to be able to withstand 4kW surges, but I was skeptical that

Not compatible with LiFeP04 batteries

This product does not work with LiFeP04 batteries. I called support about the inverter disconnecting the BMS battery and they replaced it. I told them it was a LiFeP04 battery but the rep said nothing. A few months after this disaster I read on the forums that Wagan inverters are not compatible with LiFeP04 batteries. This is the second inverter I've bought from this company and if they can't fix it I can't recommend their product. Wagan wrote: Question: Why doesn't this inverter work with…

Worth the price!

I can't do the Wagan engineers justice; this inverter is amazing. Why are there no more rave reviews; I have no idea! The 2000W output is putting it mildly. I've used this to power my entire house (via secure 'feedback' to the main switchboard from my EV) 6 hours a day for several days, with loads sometimes reaching 2200 watts with no power! This whole house back feed included 2 AC units with a small window, full size fridge, internet/WIFI, TVs, computers, lights etc. It even used a 1000w…

  • Great for me
