My daughter and her classmates created designs using Cricut pens with non-fusible ink and we used a Cricut mug press to sublimate the Mother's Day designs onto mugs. They looked great but after 3 washes in the dishwasher and 2 times in the microwave to reheat the coffee the sublimation film with the designs started to peel off. Very disappointed. Now I worry that the rest of the class will have the same problem. At first I thought it was operator error, but I haven't had this issue with mugs purchased directly from Cricut, and in all cases I've used the Circut mug press the same way. When using these mugs, hand wash them if you want to keep your treasured artwork. :-(
