I want to give this product 5 stars. Price was fair, delivery was on time, all mugs were in their respective boxes but three of the mugs were broken. I have the option to return the packaging for a new one, but that seems more of a hassle (return 36) than a solution (just a replacement 3), plus I risk more than 3 broken coffee cups. lose a little

I'm opening these mugs I bought at the end of July and some of them are broken. I cannot return them due to the time frame. I am not happy. Every 3-4 cups I open, one breaks. It was a big order. I was planning on making Christmas mugs and needed the full quantity ordered so I haven't opened them yet. my fault Otherwise, the mugs absorb ink very well and are very durable.

My daughter and her classmates created designs using Cricut ink pens and we used a Cricut mug press to sublimate the designs onto Mother's Day mugs. They looked great but after 3 washes in the dishwasher and 2 times in the microwave to reheat the coffee the sublimation film with the designs started to peel off. Very disappointed. When I first tried them I thought it was my printer or the paper I was using and I thought about changing the paper but I decided to buy other mugs and try before changing the paper and I used the same paper and printer, even the same image file as me, and I found the sad reality that the mugs were the problem. I thought I would buy a lot of good sublimation mugs. They print well and the images are clear and bright. Unfortunately, after a month of use (including using the dishwasher and heating in the microwave) the sublimation ink started to peel off. I've looked for reasons why this could be happening and the most common was poor quality sublimation film. This makes sense as I've used another popular brand that has performed great so far after 3 months of use. I have 2 1/2 unused boxes of these mugs
