These mugs are not printable. When I first tried them I thought it was my printer or the paper I was using and I thought about changing the paper but I decided to buy other mugs and try before changing the paper and I used the same paper and printer, even the same image file as me, and I found the sad reality that the mugs were the problem. I wanted to keep these mugs for the price because the price is so good, too cheap for the quantity but I really need the quality so I don't want to buy another type of mug even if it's a bit more expensive. but the difference is too big. If you want these mugs for a cheap gift with no quality or maybe a simple picture not a painting. I will recommend other mugs I have purchased, they are AAA quality and perfect for photo printing. I don't recommend this if you want your customers to be happy.
