It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

I am waiting for a decision from the sellers of Hong KongMangal on this problem. The guys themselves were shocked that there were no cut-offs on the burner itself and the fat poured into the flame and burned. They said the product is new since November 2022. They will wait for comments from the manufacturer.

Pros

My first grill. You can cook anything that is not greasy.

Cons

I don’t know what the engineers were thinking, but the very first fat steaks showed the main “advantage” of this grill. Infoared grid. The fact is that, according to the idea of engineers, a stainless steel grill with perforation, which lies immediately behind the main one. Must save from burning fat falling on the burners. In fact, it doesn't work. In the fire cauldron the meat was charred in general disgusting.
