After trying several approaches to managing a multi-step bread baking process, I was disappointed in what I was trying. (cell phone timer, cheap store bought oversized timer with tiny sound that is hard to hear etc.) - I've been looking online for something better. I came across ThermoPro. The price was really cheap. To be honest, my expectations weren't high (due to the low price), but the display showed a larger display size and a louder alarm sound. I was pleasantly surprised when the device arrived. Not only did the sound get louder, but the volume began to regulate. The backlit display was big enough and there is also a 2nd timer that runs independently of timer #1. There's even a clock/calendar mode. I was amazed by the design features and attention to detail. Mounting magnets, non-slip rubber pads on the back and a small fold-out stand for use on a countertop. I've ordered a few more to give as Christmas gifts. I am really impressed.
