This thing came out of the box, runs smooth until it comes in 1 inch (or whatever), the rod rattles and that's what happens when a whirlwind hits it. It also knocks the bar off center in the water and you have to restart. Not tested with yeast. so far, but for 30€ NIB has delivered quite well. Let's see how it holds up, run it non stop for 24-48 hours with H2O, then take out the yeast and up the starter pack to 100 billion (~50 billion viable after 2 months in the fridge) and see how 2 steps turn into 4 L to the final weight value, and then view it colored in the diluted volume.
