I like how easy it was for our organization to get started with SINQ, as we were already using some of their other products in addition to having used them previously at another employer. It's been helpful that they've had support from day one! We're able to see patient results much faster than what we could do before. The initial implementation took longer than expected but after getting the hang of things, we didn't have many problems once training rolled out more fully throughout our network. They took into account all of our needs when designing the system including allowing us flexibility in customization along with providing multiple options for user experience (mobile vs web). Our administrators love being able to access data about patients anywhere via tablet or phone, which has improved efficiency overall.
