The most helpful part of our relationship with SINQ has been their ability to seamlessly integrate into my organization, as well as providing amazing customer service when we have had issues or questions along the way! I like how easy it was for our organization to get started with SINQ, as we were already using some of their other products in addition to having used them previously at another employer. I like how easy it was to create my account and navigate through the system. It has been difficult for me to find people who are able to help with questions that have not yet come up in my day-to-day activities but I'm sure this will change as more users become familiarized with the product. We like that we can use our own apps, so there's no limit as far too what you want your app/device do for us! The reporting system could be better - it has been difficult at times finding exactly where things stand in terms of cost or utilization (we're still figuring this out).
