A solid platform and awesome customer service

We like that we can use our own apps, so there's no limit as far too what you want your app/device do for us! The reporting system could be better - it has been difficult at times finding exactly where things stand in terms of cost or utilization (we're still figuring this out). Also I'm not sure if they have any integrations with other products which would solve some problems when trying get all systems working together seamlessly. If you are looking into using Sinch but haven't heard about them yet then go ahead take another look because their product line will definitely grow over time; therefore make sure once selected that you choose wisely since everything else from support to pricing changes without warning sometimes! Our goal was simple-to allow staff members who were miles away keep patients informed via text messages regarding appointments etc., also letting families know how well patient did during visitations.

  • Can tailor almost every aspect possible within user dashboard.
  • Very easy way t communicate between users even outside office hours due its instant messaging feature(s)
Cons
  • Not always reliable enough depending upon connectivity issues
