Review on πŸ”§ 20 Discs Redrill Fix Kit by WETNFIX by Michael Caste

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worth a try, does it work great?

I vowed not to make a fuss about every little thing moving into my 'new' condo, but the towel rails needed to be removed and I figured replacing them would be easy. I prefer to use stainless steel rails instead because the towels hang on these rails without touching each other and dry so much faster. The first change went smoothly, but the second bathroom wall was a bit spongy, as if wet towels were hung there too often. The zinc drywall anchor came loose and the hole quickly became too big to hold. Replacing the anchor with something stronger like a molybdenum bolt was plan A because I know the new hardware will be inexpensive. but previous tenants have abused other walls. In particular, it looks like they installed a closet shelving system with no anchors. That's why I bought these discs, ie my problem with the towel warmer also gave me an opportunity to see if this product could help me elsewhere. The negative reviews made me nervous, so I didn't try any of these drives until I screwed up. my courage? I knew this was a product that people would love or hate based on whether it worked for them. there is no middle. This worked for me and I'm particularly happy because my usage wasn't conclusive. These discs give off a white powder when dry and become dirty when wet. I figured I would have to use two drives before I started. Then I thought I had wet the pane with too much water. then I thought I had pressed it too hard against the wall. In other words, I was skeptical. So I let my nasty patch dry overnight before testing it and was too nervous to be happy when I found the drive worked as advertised. my anchor has become an anchor again and my towels dry faster (so i don't have to wash them as often). I don't know why I can't buy something like this in a big store, but buying from Revain is easier :-) When it works, nothing is easier. it seems pretty forgiving, so if you don't mind paying a convenience premium, add it to your cart, pay for it, use it (carefully), and hope for the best!
