It's size makes it non-standard so it covers up part of the standard hole for a deadbolt. They must have known this because they provide an unattractive plate to cover the remaining part of the deadbolt hole. If I had known this from the beginning I would have wasted my time and money. I had to have this removed because it wouldn't allow me to have a deadbolt.The software was lame, really really lame. No app that could be updated. Only some archaic DOS type of interface onboard the lock itself.I ended up with $7000 of new doors with extra holes cut into them to accommodate this lock. Those holes had to be patched and ruined the look of my nice new doors.If they just fixed the software and made this a standard size this would have been an excellent product. I loved the sturdiness and the solid feel. I really wish this could have worked. I ended up getting a smart deadbolt lock and a regular door handle which works as expected.
