Fits my 16 " Ford 8-stud spare wheel

I used this to fit a Ford 8-stud spare wheel. Only one eyelet fits. A 1/4" steel rod was used to connect the other 2 lugs and hold the rim in place. The short section of chain that connects to the lock keeps it where it needs to be.
