Not safe enough for my magician.
I gave this to my 6 month old kitten to get used to. Walking on a leash is my number one goal. I put it on and let it roam the house and about an hour later Oliver came up to me without a seat belt. He was not free and sat as it should. Back to the drawing board for a seat belt he can't get out of. Does anyone else have this problem?
