Review on Upgraded Rubber Transom Saver Shocks for attwood SP-410 Models by Robert Byrd
Does not work like new without modifications.
Includes nuts and bolts to replace the original rivets. The nuts protrude past the heads of the rivets and prevent the pads from opening as far as the rivets. I had to edit part of the connector to get the device to work as before. It took me about an hour; Saved $40 by not buying a new mirror headband. I'm happy, but people with fewer tools and less time will be disappointed with this repair kit.
