Review on Handheld Games Console Kit MakerFocus by Balthazar Cooper

I love this thing! I have a lot of soldering experience so it was easy, but the instructions are very good and well illustrated so an untrained person should have no trouble understanding them. All soldering points are well placed and should be reasonably easy, with the exception of the USB connector; The instructions should probably mention that this part is optional since it's only used to power the device (I'm not sure yet, but I don't think it's easy to reprogram - although I have reason to believe that this might be the case and I'll update this with what I find) and if you just want to use the included 3xAAA battery holder for power then you don't need a USB port. I settled on a lithium polymer battery that I had on hand (can't remember where I got it from, but I'll attach a picture; it's an odd size that just fits between the buttons). and big IC.
