Vacuum head keeps falling off

This is actually a good vacuum but the head keeps popping off while using it and is very frustrating. I'm past the return date so I'm stuck with a faulty vacuum.Update 12/4/22 vacuum was still under warranty made a claim and was sent appropriate parts within 7 days.
