love these locks and ended up buying several. Always persevere. One problem I have found with these types of locks (compared to a key lock or a dial lock) is that if you forget the combination - (this is a 3 digit unlock code uniquely assigned to each and hidden in the packaging ) - The lock cannot be opened! It is impossible to recover the code if you have forgotten it, all you have to do is cut the lock with bolt cutters. I believe it would be a similar problem if you had a lock key and lost the key. What do you do then? In any case, these are hypothetical things and it hasn't happened to me. Just my own concerns about the blocking 😂 Issue with purchase/seller - I actually ordered green and received red. Yeah big deal I know lol but I was disappointed because I liked the green and was expecting it when I opened the delivery. Ultimately it wasn't worth the time it would have taken to send back and ask for a replacement so I didn't. Mention this to make buyers pay attention! could happen to you
