Review on ✨ Enhance Your Braking Power with Kool Stop Dura 2 Brake Insert by Brian Micheals

I normally use Scott Mathauser pads but decided to try them to replace the black pads from the Tektro 650b conversion kit. I didn't want to buy new pads or look for old ones, inserts etc. Kool Stop is handy in that they have a lot of replacement pad options and still make a lot of inserts and they fit Tektro holders very well. Unfortunately, these salmon pads are still not comparable to the original Scott Mathauser salmon pads. Even though it's salmon, it still doesn't stop well when it's almost completely wet, and it's not fun in puddles and areas where the sprinklers go, as I have to stop suddenly because of cars, people, or deer. They are not asleep yet and are very noisy. Overall I think they are an improvement over the stock pads but still fall short of my expectations for the brake pads they are capable of.
