I received the device around April 2017. The button is very difficult to use. It doesn't give you a clicking feeling. On average, I had to press up, down, right, left 5 to 10 times to get a response from the garage opener. (The garage opening unit pairs well with all other controllers.) The button design is BAD. I asked for the block to be returned. The seller asked me to refund the shipping costs. This is inconvenient, because due to a design flaw, the device will not work at all. I had to call Raven. When I ordered this device, it shows as made by Revain. Revain complied with my request and reimbursed me for the return postage. Many Thanks. But the bottom line is that this device is poorly designed and poorly finished. Genie should drop this product with their logo.
