My wife bought her first Kyocera ceramic knife in 2016 with a 5.5 inch blade size and she loves it. We only use this Kyocera knife for everything in the kitchen. The knife does not lose sharpness for almost 3 years and is very durable. However, after the New Year, her knife accidentally broke on a granite countertop, so we are forced to buy this knife again. We were originally just looking for a 5.5 inch knife until we found this set of 3 knives. Since we received this delivery, she is a happy wife again. I highly recommend the Kyocera ceramic knife as it is the one knife everyone needs.
