Review on Hedman 89510 Standard Uncoated Collector by Sedric Hood

1996 F250 Crew Cab. 4X4 7.5L V8 E4OD Transmission. It took a lot of work to use these distributors. The screws were very difficult to insert and tighten due to the small bending radius on the individual manifold pipes. Heddman has to offer a 45 degree chute that needs to be removed from the original Ford manifold because it cannot be removed from the original manifold and the Ford costs over $100. The head bolts don't have much engagement and should be 1/4" longer. The hanger on the bent tube had to be moved as it was too long. On top of that the Y-tube interferes with the transmission mount. They had to be removed and re-welded. What the As for connectors I give them a five they sound good add performance and are a nice upgrade I would give Heddman a one for the installation I couldn't have done the job without my welder and it took me 10 hours to complete to do it right
