Comes in AC Delco packaging and works great. This was one of three parts I needed to repair the secondary air system on my '05 Trailblazer (the other parts were AC Delco 214-2222 [air valve] and AC Delco 219-351 [air valve gasket]. I don't have any for an AC Delco 215-454 [Secondary Air Pump] replacement part and you may or may not need all or any of these parts to repair your Trailblazer, be sure to do the appropriate troubleshooting to determine what you need.
