These fit my 2005 Class A Itasca with drilled aluminum wheels. I threaded and pushed it through the hole and you can hear the trailing edge snap into place. My old valve extensions sheared off at the trailing edge of the wheel holes causing a slow leak. No longer. Replaced valve extensions and used this product. I'm relieved that I get good pressure readings on all tires and that the valve extensions are protected. I received the front tire extensions with a kit that I received separately. I haven't worn them because my current stems are affordable and they are rubber. It is recommended not to put on the front wheels if the stems are rubber, as you can damage and burst the tire when cornering. The last thing you want. Happy car friends.
