Review on Permit Portals & Permit Administration by Mario Panda

I like how easy it was for us as administrators of our city's permits system (Permits Central) - we were able understand all aspects very quickly! There are some features which could have been better explained in training or documentation but this isn't much different from other systems out there so not really an issue here either way.- Easy setup/easy use / great customer service when you do need help if required by staff who aren’t familiar yet:- No issues at present although minor points may arise over time depending upon usage needs etc., however will continue using until then anyway where no problems occur due too lack thereof.
