Very good platform for cross-cultural communication
I’m able to communicate with my colleagues around Europe without any problems at all! The app is very easy to use as well which makes it nice not having an IT support team in your organization that can help you out when needed! Also great if there are people from different cultures working together - no need of translating everything before reaching each other anymore :) There isn't much i dislike about zom messenger so far but maybe some more features would be useful like integration into Google drive or Slack etc..
We're using zoM messenger mainly during meetings between our teams located across Europa ( Germany & Netherlands ). It's also used by customers who have questions regarding their purchases made via MyKPNAutoQuote system where we process payments through them within Belgium market place.

- Not yet integrated completely fully towards SAP Hybris CMS solution , however they already started implementing this now ;)
