I was glad when I got home from a short trip and my skates arrived. When I opened the brown packaging box, I could clearly see that the manufacturer's packaging had been opened earlier. As soon as I saw the skates I saw all the scuffs, chips and discoloration on the wheels from those who tried them before returning them. The skates themselves have no functional damage, rather cosmetic ones. Now I don't mind buying used stuff through Revain, in fact I usually prefer to buy used stuff with specific products and I have good experiences with it. I was attracted by the fact that these skates were sold as new. I understand anything can happen and sometimes people abuse the ability to return an item for up to 30 days. I just want to be informed about what I'm buying. I plan on keeping them for now but am still disappointed with the quality control issue or honesty, whatever it is.
