I am very upset and the product is no good.

I'd like to tell you about my time spent shopping for a phone on Amazon. Received an order confirmation, and then picked it up. The status quo remains unaltered. When I got home, I flipped the switch. On the second day, I had deduced that the screen had a defect: white appeared white only when viewed head-on; at any other angle, such as when walking, the screen's background color shifted to a bluish gray. After doing this for a minute, 71,000 times, the eyes grow quite weary and using the phone becomes unpleasant. A gray-green screen glow against a black background is described in my online search results, thus it appears to be a widespread issue with screens on the iPhone 12 and 12 mini. I tested mine to see if it would work, and sure enough, the black hue gives out a phosphorescent glow in the dark. I contacted them. I contacted Apple's support team for advice, and they told me that the issue was already reported and that a patch was being developed; in the meantime, I could either wait for the issue to be addressed in a future firmware update or send the phone back to the retailer. The latter was my pick. Upon receiving my refund a week later, I placed another transaction. What do you think? I looked at it yesterday from a different angle. It's exactly the same as before! There was a greenish glow and a blue screen superimposed on a white background at odd angles. I complained about the phone's poor quality in a chat with Amazon's customer service, explaining that this was my second time purchasing the same model, and this time around the issue was even worse. In response to my complaint, Amazon's customer service simply banned me and deleted my account, along with the 5,000 rubles and 600 bonus points that were stored there. The customer service line was useless; when pressed for an explanation, they simply stated that they have the authority to suspend accounts at their discretion. I have no idea what to do with this phone. They can't send a refund request to me over the phone, and I can't make one in my personal account anymore because it was closed. Because it is UNACCEPTABLE that I pay $71,000 for a phone and have to put up with the fact that it does not function as expected straight from the box, I will attempt to return the item. So long.
