I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service and is very reliable. The price range is good for ecommerce companies with low budgets. It is not really user friendly and could be better in terms of UI/UX. For example, when you search for something specific, it takes some time before results are shown (sometimes even after refreshing the page). So this means that sometimes you have to wait a while until an offer pops up. This might be because the system gets overloaded with offers. But as long as it works well for your business, then I don't see a problem. We use Rightprice AI to get realtime pricing data from our suppliers and compare them with other shops.
