This is a great product. Pros - Easy to install, easy to use and I no longer have to worry about my phone going through the car around the next corner lol. The only downside I have is that it's only an issue if you have an older car. If, like me, you have an older car without Bluetooth capability, this phone holder may not be for you. It blocks access to your phone's auxiliary port. As a workaround I just turned the phone upside down. This didn't cause me any problems since the Maps app rotates, but I wanted to make sure others know that this workaround isn't something they want to bother with. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
