Very hard but otherwise good.
Six pack 12 x 18 $9 Aida definitely make it a good value but it's very very stiff! At the touch, I thought the material might be synthetic, but when checked with a lighter, it didn't melt but instead burned, meaning it's natural fibers. If you plan to use this for a "soft" project like a pillow, this isn't for you. I don't think I would recommend using this in a hoop as the material seems to have a hard time smoothing out wrinkles afterwards, although it's stiff enough that you don't really need a hoop!
