Advantages:- It looks EXACTLY like real fur.- Virtually no shedding. Cons: - The clasps are attached with only one thread and will most likely come loose with normal movement. I had to sew them back on using an emergency sewing kit from a local shop and while my sewing skills are fuzzy at best, my embroidery held up much better than anything made at the factory. A big plus: the zipper is not visible, so no one can see how messy my stitches are. Overall worth the purchase but bring a sewing kit.
