Beginner set. best in my review
It's geared more towards a beginner gym. I won't load up on the bench press using it. It's sturdy enough to bench a little more then 200 lbs using a short bench bar. For the price it's a good value. Don't purchase if your goal is Bulk training! It's not designed for that. I do like the product- It's easy to fold up and put in the corner for safe storage.
