I've been using it for about three months, ride almost every day and put in over 700 miles in total. In general I like it. The bladder and bite valve hold up very well. I just put water in it. I've never noticed any unusual taste and it cleans up easily with dish soap. Multi-tools, mini-pumps, keys, snacks and my cell phone all fit comfortably in the storage compartment, even when the hydration bladder is full. My only complaint is that the two Velcro straps inside the hydration compartment destroy the tissue around them. I'm referring to the large velcro that keeps the compartment closed and the smaller velcro on the inside that holds the camera top in place. You can see the damage in the photos I've attached. This is because the fabric gets caught on the Velcro every time I pack and unpack the bag. I'm very careful, but it's inevitable. I don't know how long these areas will last. For the price I didn't expect the product to be very durable, although the price has since gone up (I paid $24) and it's advertised as 'built to last'.
