Great for immediate feedback & trouble shooting
Easy to use with multiple options of messages that can be sent out in real time or scheduled ahead. Can send texts via phone numbers as well which helps us keep up-to date without having too many people involved at once! Not much I dislike about it but would like more templates available if you're looking into using this product further than just getting started when setting things straight from day one will help your success rate immensely!! Bulk texting has been extremely helpful over our entire team's involvement within my organization. It allows me (the admin) so see what works best before we go live across all departments/employees etc..

- Makes learning pretty easy, even for someone who isn't very tech savvy.
- Scheduling Options are great especially being able schedule reminders throughout each week instead 1 reminder every 7 days.
- Allows different employees access through assigned permissions making them feel included while still remaining anonymous enough not wanting their coworkers knowing they were apartaking part
