Bought for my 09 f150 5.4l 3v. Works perfectly! Remember to turn the key 2 clicks and wait 10 seconds for the truck to analyze it. Then start the truck and let it idle for about 20 minutes. Then turn on the air conditioner and let it run for another 10 minutes. Turn on the truck and stand for about 5 minutes. Do the same in reverse. After all, you drive it like you stole it. These steps allow the PCM to relearn everything with the new MAF.
