Lousy lousy lousy customer service
Chandelier was pretty easy to put together, then we discovered a damaged part - the decorative under bowl of device had a chunk missing off the edge. It was damaged in shipping. Can’t really see it, but edge is sharp, it’s really not as things should be.Tried getting in touch with supplier via Walmart Customer Service, nada, nulla, zip, heard nothing back. So we’re using the chandelier with the chipped part, and we like the chandelier. But buyer beware, the company’s customer service is lousy, lousy, lousy. We won’t be using them again . And we don’t recommend them.
