Does the job but needs to support Poe standards

There was no manual in the box but setup was as easy as it gets. I scanned the QR code on the back of the device and connected immediately. Back then it was just a matter of connecting to the web config to update the admin password. Maybe I make it a little easier than for others because I'm a bit tech savvy. I logged into my router to see the device's IP address before logging in. But I could possibly see how other people might not know how to do it. One thing that could potentially make this easier would be if it was originally configured with an authorized portal. So once the user connects to the WiFi, they will be prompted to complete the setup from their device. The range seems good. Bought for a small office in the garage. The street is about 75 feet from the hotspot and I had a decent signal. 5 Mbps, that's enough for everything I need when I'm either driving out or in my driveway. A potential future problem straight out of the box, I can hear a little rattling in this thing. As if a small grain of sand or a pebble would tumble. Maybe nothing. The time will show. The only complaint I have is this. Although I bought it knowing it doesn't support active POE. Any cost savings (if any, I have no idea) from not supporting active POE will likely be lost, and then some from fitting a passive adapter which I'll probably never use. And now it's mostly e-waste that I'll be hoarding for who knows how long.
