UPDATE: I am increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars due to the excellent customer support I have received from the company. Without going into too much detail how they went above and beyond to fix everything, they exceeded my expectations. I think the product could have benefited from a slight redesign, with the jaws being deepened to make it easier to fit the phone into the standard case. Aside from the seller being friendly and helpful, I was able to modify the mount by taking a knife on it and turning it into something I can work with. ----- --- --------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW The product is comfortable but clunky. It can't hold my phone at all until the rubber band system is in place. So it's a bit difficult to put a phone on him as he doesn't want to hold the phone while you put the bracelet on. elastic band just for extra security. In this case, the mount's "claws" hold the phone perfectly, and then you attach a rubber pad for extra security. not much with this product.
