Living in a big city and having to remove accessories from my bike if I lock it somewhere or risk it being stolen, I couldn't just put it on my bike and leave it. I wasn't sure if this would fit my phone as the phone case has a ring stand that protrudes a bit. I was able to fit the elastic part of the bike phone mount through a different hole than the instructions so it was longer on one side and shorter on the other. That way my phone can still be protected even if I can't center it vertically.
