Blades cut well. Went through PVC, wood and nails. I'm not sure if this is an issue with other tools, but with the Porter cable tool, 2-5/8" wood and plastic saw blades have a slight edge at the front entry point where they don't fit into the tool. All other blades worked. Not sure if it was a bad batch or a bad template. The impact made 2 wider blades unusable. However, there is a wide range of blades to use. Due to the offset of sickle blades, they don't work well with the depth gauge extension due to the offset.
