Bought my wife a set of 11 professional grade titanium scanpans for Christmas. We were both very excited as this was going to be our first good (expensive) cookware set. When my wife opened the box for Christmas we were both impressed with how the pots looked. The next morning we just wanted to boil some water in a 7 inch pot and I noticed that the water was leaking out of the pot because the rivets were holding the handle to the pot. Bad sign. Then I checked the other pans that came. Set and they leaked too. We were bums. I spoke to a representative in California and he said he had never had a complaint like this. I don't think he's being honest with me because I've read quite a few reviews since then that talk about the same error. They offered a guarantee on the pans but we took a pass and sent the whole set back. We bought the set through Amazon. It was a pleasure to deal with.
