Review on 🔍 Pair of ECCPP Texture Side View Mirrors in Black for 1987-2002 Jeep Wrangler (excludes 1996) with Manual Folding by Javein Harvey

I read a few other reviews before ordering these mirrors. Most of them indicated that their main disadvantage was that they moved around. Then I saw another review that said the screws under the mirror head can be tightened. Knowing I was paying a lot less than factory mirrors, I decided to give it a try. Well the packaging was great. It's downhill here. The mirror heads were definitely loosened from the box. I tightened the 3 Phillips screws as tight as I could but the heads are still moving. The other big problem is that the mirror glass is distorted in the middle. It's a bit hard to describe, but although the glass doesn't appear wavy when viewed, the middle part of the glass creates a wavy and distorted image. It's like those mirrors you see in the dressing room sometimes. If you look closely from above, there are no defects to be seen, but with normal viewing the image is distorted if you step back. I bought these as an extra set for my stock doors so I don't have to swap back and forth. Because of this, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. I'm still debating whether to keep them as I still don't want to spend a lot of money on an extra set of mirrors. Unfortunately, they only work to keep law enforcement from stopping me from not having mirrors at all.
