TIGHTEN BALL SCREWS!

If you tighten the three ball screws under the mirror you are done and they will hold in place. Great price for such a cheap replacement mirror.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons

Not great: external accessories

I would give 5 stars but it's not that good. They vibrate but my other mirrors don't. Unfortunately I can't get the driver's side mirror in place. When the wind blows a little, it doesn't stop, but points down towards the street.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • compatibility

Save money and don't buy this

The seller sent me brake pads, no mirrors. When the replacement mirrors arrived they were rubbish. You are free and wander. When I tried to tighten the adjusting nut, it broke off easily, rendering the mirror unusable. I will not buy from again.

Pros
  • handy item

Good Enough: Towing and Winching Accessories

No matter whose name is on these mirrors, they're almost all the same. They move in the wind when the doors are closed and wobble when driving. There aren't many options for "doors to mirrors" so go for the cheapest you can find. They were the cheapest I could find at the time.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons

looks good but not very strong.

During installation, the fastening screw on the driver's side broke. The passenger side held up well, but overturned on the way to O'Rielli. I bought a set from O'Reilley's for LESS that worked perfectly. They look good and the arm swings wide for a good view when sitting still. It only took 35 miles an hour for him to disappear from view.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not bad

Buy if you don't really need to see your surroundings to drive safely

I bought these because my old mirrors were flexible. I was hoping to use them before summer. They turned the first disc in the wind and saw nothing. Checked and already fully tightened to allow adjustment. So I've been driving without mirrors since November when I bought these. Seriously disappointed I spent my money on this. So now I buy better top mirrors so I can drive safely.

Looks good, poor quality

I bought the first set and on installation the bolt broke off when tightened with little or no resistance. I was going to install the second set, a replacement set, the screws were the wrong thread so I had to reuse the regular screws. They look great on my Jeep, but unfortunately the mirrors move out of position when driving on the road. The mirror is so loose on the ball joint that it cannot be tightened and will move in strong winds. I had to use caulk to secure it in place so I don't have…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Check out the themes first!

The screws that came with it weren't black or Allen keys as the pictures suggest. Why show the location of a painted screw with an allen wrench when I can't get that. The screw block was brass colored and cross-slotted. Not to mention that the thread didn't fit. So I ended up with a damaged thread in the door and the screws were immediately stripped. I had to drill out the screw head to remove the mirror and then unscrew the bolt. with vise. I'm embarrassed I didn't check the threads first, but

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

I read a few other reviews before ordering these mirrors. Most of them indicated that their main disadvantage was that they moved around. Then I saw another review that said the screws under the mirror head can be tightened. Knowing I was paying a lot less than factory mirrors, I decided to give it a try. Well the packaging was great. It's downhill here. The mirror heads were definitely loosened from the box. I tightened the 3 Phillips screws as tight as I could but the heads are still moving…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Update available
