
I bought two of them - the first did not appear, and the second worked perfectly. I use it to add a (second) display to an overlay tablet - it works well as such. No setup hassle - just plug and play. In my experience you can only run one display per adapter (ie if you want to run two monitors you need two of them). I've also used it with a projector on a windows laptop (during the meeting we had a technical issue with some devices - I took that and a windows laptop - our meeting went with minimal lag).
