I used it to replace a 3124 starter on a 1968 Mustang 302 that was rebuilt to a T5 with manual transmission, it has a 157 tooth flywheel and this thing worked great, much easier a new location around the starter. You just need to move the starter cable from one side of the solenoid to the other and add the cable from the starter to the solenoid and you're done.
