Firstly I still need to "free" at least two of the sliding protective caps although I doubt this would be difficult with a three pronged lever adaptor. Most importantly, there are no signs of the obvious plastic injection molding problems mentioned below. I'm giving one star for that, but I hope the quality of the products improves. New surge protectors can often break a bit due to the tight fit of the plugs and adapters, but mine arrived with THREE outlets that were completely unusable as the plastic casting had gone wrong. I've tried plugging a grounded (three prong) adapter into these sockets to try to break the plastic and "reseat" the internal pins, but it's fair to say this product is defective. I will come back and try again hoping the quality assurance isn't that terrible on all their products.
