Poor camper. I did not read the detailed description as this was my second purchase of this item. When it said 12 x 14, I mistakenly assumed it meant inches. It is not. It is listed in the metric. Imagine my surprise when my rat didn't fit into something meant for a dwarf hamster. Poor but being in the United States I expect the product image to have a clear description. I don't expect to have to look for the fine print. The manufacturer or seller must do a better job. money down the drain.
