A safe way to clip the claws of shy birds!

Needed for a pair of canaries with out of control claws! They are feeling really good now that their sandpaper is covering their nails! You are much happier!

  • One year trial

Parrot loves to chew on them

My bird loves to chew on these and they last longer than the last brand I bought but they should all be replaced soon. So who has the ability to clean them but they don't clean well when you have the opportunity to try?

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Fits

A permanent and inexpensive way to grow long nails

Great price for a 3/8-1/2 inch thick adjustable perch paper. The parrot uses it when Socrates puts his feet and head on it. Easy to wash and throw away after wearing. It takes about 3 months to wear

Basic Bird Care

Purchased for Zebra Finch Nail Polish. Works well. These are very active birds, so the blankets slip a little and often need to be changed. You can't clean them, you have to replace them, but more than you expect. They polish their nails, so take them. They work!

Might be worth it. Review updated later

So far my two little parrots don't really like sitting on their perches. One doesn't seem to mind much, but the other hates it. This only really applies to one of them as their nails tend to snag on fabric objects easily when they are long. I may provide an updated review in the future as I see how they feel having the product in their home longer.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Worse than a toilet paper roll.

This is the worst perch cover I have ever used, it goes through very quickly and my birds get through with no problem and in fact I will see residue on the bottom of the cage which other brands don't . Actually, Petco has better quality perch covers, but my local shop didn't stock them, so I figured why it might be best to give this man a shot. Don't buy these if your bird has weak beaks.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Volume

Make sure your bars are thin enough!

My finches live in Prevue SPF0610 flight cages (measuring 30" x 18" x 18"). The rod that comes with the kit is about half an inch in diameter. sit and eventually jump out (which scares the finches half to death and I understand can be really dangerous). This doesn't come without a bit of damage and loss of the roundness that allows them to cling to the seat. Also, they deform quickly (especially when banged on the ground and pooped on) so they can't really be reused . Plus, the same package is…
