I had this set in my high school electronics class in the early '60s and loved it. I disappeared when I lost my tool kit in 1972. I had no idea it was still available. I recently found an Xcelite screwdriver at a thrift store and remembered my old set, how much I loved it, how handy and how durable it was. I was amazed to find that it is still available. I bought two for myself a long time ago, one for my son and one for an old friend from that electronics class. I use it almost every day when I'm in the field. It's always better than carrying a loaded belt of screwdrivers up the mountain or down to a remote junction box. I found them to be very durable, especially given the mishandling of the small red flathead 00 screwdriver. I'm thinking of buying more for some of my current friends as gifts.
